Google Calendar data
Groupbooka may access calendar availability and event timing information when you connect Google Calendar. We use this information to identify busy periods, prevent conflicting bookings, and manage availability. We do not sell Google user data. You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your Groupbooka account settings.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and company details. When you connect your Google Calendar, we receive access to calendar availability and event timing information only to the extent necessary to provide our booking and scheduling services.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate, maintain, and improve Groupbooka, including scheduling group experiences, preventing conflicting bookings, and communicating with you about your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, and we do not sell Google user data to third parties.
Your choices
