What we do
Groupbooka helps companies and groups discover, plan, and book curated hospitality experiences. We act as a booking platform and may partner with third-party venues and experience providers to fulfil your request.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability and partner confirmation. Pricing shown is indicative until confirmed. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and any deposits are set by the partner and communicated before you confirm a booking.
User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and treat partners and staff respectfully. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or harmful behaviour.
Limitation of liability
Groupbooka is not liable for the acts or omissions of partner venues or experience providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific booking in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Groupbooka after changes means you accept the updated terms.
